Lee Dittmar
An OCEG Fellow, he co-authored The AI-Enabled Law Firm (2026) and authored The Essential Guide to AI Governance (2025). Recognized among the world’s top consultants and GRC leaders, Lee advises boards and policymakers globally while serving on the Advisory Board of the Indonesian GRC Association.
Antonius Alijoyo
He has served on the boards of global institutions including AIG, Tokio Marine, and Chubb Group, while founding CRMS, LSP MKS, and Way Academy. Internationally, he serves on the World Economic Forum’s Global Council for Complex Risk and chairs the ASEAN DCRO Council. An active academic and advisor, he also supports Indonesian regulators and major financial institutions in advancing governance and risk management practices.

Denny Triyanto
Denny Triyanto is Director of Risk Management at PT PLN (Persero), Indonesia’s state electricity company, having been appointed to the board of directors in June 2026 through the company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. He brings extensive internal experience in strategic planning, corporate risk management, procurement, and power system development, including a prior role as Specialist for Generation Strategic Planning under PLN’s Generation Management Directorate. His career reflects deep familiarity with PLN’s investment planning, infrastructure development, and national electricity system strengthening.
Indra Nur Fauzi
Dr. Indra Nur Fauzi is a Surabaya-based economist and business leader with over two decades of experience in banking, research, and Islamic economic development. He holds a Doctorate in Human Resource Development from Universitas Airlangga. He currently serves as Commissioner of PT. SIER, President Director of PT. Dharma Putra Airlangga (Universitas Airlangga’s holding company), and Director of PT. Madina Mentari Utama (Muhammadiyah’s holding company). Founder of REDI Group since 2001, he has also consulted for the World Bank, IFC, and ILO, and holds senior leadership roles within Muhammadiyah’s economic and financial bodies.
Hariyadi Ramelan
Hariyadi Ramelan has served as Director & Chief Financial Officer since 2024. He brings extensive leadership experience in finance, strategic management, and corporate governance, having previously held senior positions at Bank Indonesia, including Head of the Monetary Management Department and Strategic Management & Governance Department. Prior to his current role, he served as Director of Corporate Service at Lintasarta. Hariyadi holds a bachelor’s degree from IPB University and a master’s degree in International Finance and Banking from the University of Birmingham.
Hery Subowo
Hery Subowo serves as Senior Advisor for Risk Management at the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK), following senior roles including Director General of Investigative Audit and Director General of BPK’s Training Institute. He holds a Doctorate in Management Science from Universitas Negeri Jakarta, a Master of Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Universitas Indonesia. He chairs ACFE Indonesia and sits on IAI’s National Governing Council, holds fourteen professional certifications, and has authored several books and journal articles on auditing, fraud, and public sector governance.
Julianti
Julianti is Risk Advisory Division Head at PT Astra International, Tbk, with 8 years’ experience in risk advisory and 6 in internal audit. She leads enterprise risk management, insurance procurement, and cyber and climate risk assessments across Astra’s group of 30+ companies. A Cum Laude graduate in Economics from Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta, she holds certifications in Business Continuity Management (BCMCP) and Risk Management (CRMP), and is a QIA-certified auditor. She is a frequent keynote speaker on risk management at organizations including KPK, Pertamina, and Indocement.
Tuhu Nugraha Dewanto
Tuhu Nugraha Dewanto is an AI governance and digital economy advisor, author, postgraduate lecturer, and executive trainer with over fifteen years of experience spanning advisory, research, and institutional capacity-building across Indonesia and the Global South. He currently serves as Principal of the Indonesia Applied Digital Economy & Regulatory Network (IADERN), a Board Advisor at Modern Diplomacy, and a postgraduate lecturer at LSPR Institute of Communication and Business. He has advised organisations including BTN, PLN, Pertamina Patra Niaga, and Indonesia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with scholarship published in The Brown Journal of World Affairs and cited by McKinsey & Company and PwC Indonesia.
Bobby Hamzar Rafinus
Bobby Hamzar Rafinus is the Deputy Chairman of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia, a state institution overseeing public service delivery nationwide. He was inaugurated by President Joko Widodo in February 2021 to serve the 2021–2026 term. He holds an engineering degree (Ir.) and a Master of International Affairs (MIA). Earlier in his career, he worked as an economist, co-authoring quarterly reviews of the Indonesian economy. He frequently speaks on public service oversight and institutional governance.
Dominicus Savio Priyarsono
Dominicus Savio Priyarsono (Sonny) is a Professor at IPB University’s Faculty of Economics & Management, specializing in risk management and governance. He holds a doctorate in Socio-Economic Planning from the University of Tsukuba, with postdoctoral training at Nagoya University and Cornell University. Since 2010, he has chaired the Academic Advisory Board of the Center for Risk Management and Sustainability (CRMS), and previously served as President of the Indonesian Regional Science Association (2014–2017) and Commissioner of PT Angkasa Pura I (2007–2012). He has authored numerous publications on ISO 31000-based risk management and consulted for major Indonesian institutions including Garuda Indonesia, PLN Group, and LPDP.
Gancar Candra Premananto
Prof. Dr. Gancar Candra Premananto is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga, specializing in strategic management, marketing, consumer behavior, and corporate sustainability. He has served in several academic leadership roles and is the founder of Digiseminar.id, ruangpamer.co.id, and Smartklik.id. A prolific researcher, author, and international speaker, he has published numerous books and scholarly articles and has received multiple awards recognizing his contributions to research, innovation, and higher education.
Charles R. Vorst
Charles R. Vorst is Chairman of the Indonesia Risk Management Professional Association (IRMAPA) and a governance, risk, and compliance specialist with over 15 years of experience. He holds multiple professional certifications, including CERG, ERMCP, QRGP, and CCGO, and currently serves as a Risk Oversight Committee member at Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan and PT Pegadaian (Persero). He has led major risk management and business continuity projects for clients such as PT PLN, Astra Insurance, and PT Transportasi Jakarta, and contributed to Indonesia’s National Standard on ISO 31000 risk management competency. He holds an MM from Universitas Bakrie.
Jeffrey S. Siregar
Jeffrey S. Siregar is the Executive Director of the Komite Nasional Kebijakan Governansi (KNKG), Indonesia’s national committee for governance policy, and Secretary-General of Profesional Governansi Indonesia (PaGI). Based in Jakarta, he holds multiple certifications in governance, risk, and compliance, and has previously served as Executive Director of the Indonesian Institute of Commissioners and Directors and Ikatan Komite Audit Indonesia (IKAI).
He writes and speaks widely on corporate governance, risk management, and GRC practices for Indonesia’s state-owned enterprises (BUMN).
Ridwan Hendra
Ridwan Hendra is Director of the Center for Risk Management Studies Indonesia and Mitra Kalyana Sejahtera, and has lectured at Parahyangan Catholic University’s Faculty of Economics since 2003. He holds a Master of Management in Risk Management from Parahyangan Catholic University and is certified as CERG, ERMCP, and CCSA.
He has directed enterprise risk management training and certification programs for organizations including Garuda Indonesia, Astra International, Telkomsel, XL Axiata, and Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), and contributed to national ERM benchmarking studies and standardization committees at BSN and ISO/TC-262.
